Delivery Information

Our stock availability is updated live on our website, so you will not be surprised by lengthy delivery times when you shop with us. All deliveries are guaranteed within 3-5 working days.

Before Delivery
You will receive an email and SMS confirming your order has been dispatched.

The day of delivery
The morning of your delivery, you'll receive an SMS confirming your order is on route and will be delivered from 9am-5pm. Remember, a signature is required.
We recommend the recipient taking delivery of the order be able-bodied to transfer the product to their desired location.

During your delivery

For pallet orders, goods will need to be removed from the lorry by an able bodied person. The driver is not responsible for this process. A signature upon delivery will be required. Once completed, you'll receive SMS confirmation.

Free delivery for all orders over £3,000

Orders under £3,000 charged by weight as follows:

Over 20kg = £120.00

For larger orders, products will be transported on a pallet and will need to be unloaded by the customer. Each order requires a signature on delivery. The service is an 9am-5pm delivery window with a call from the driver when on route.

Under 20kg = £30.00

For packages under 30kg, we provide a light delivery service to your door via DPD between 8am and 6pm. You’ll receive an email and SMS confirming an expected four-hour delivery slot.

Deliveries to remote areas including the Channel Isles and Northern Ireland will occur an additional charge this will be calculated during the checkout process.

Things to consider

Deliveries can be made in a variety of commercial vehicles, up to 18-tonne lorries. It is assumed that the property is easily accessible to these vehicle types.

If no one is available to accept your delivery at the address you’ve provided, we’ will need to charge you again for re-delivery when you reschedule.

We strongly advise against booking a fencing installer until you take delivery of your products and that they are checked before installation by your fencing contractor.

We recommend adding a mobile number in at the point of ordering to make sure you receive your 4 hour delivery SMS, we will also send this information to your email address.

We ship to the UK and Ireland using DPD using a next day delivery service. Please allow 3-5 working days to process your order.

Returns:

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.

POLICY

You can return any item on your order as long as it is reported to us within 28 days (the 28 days begin from the date that the goods are delivered).

The items must be returned unused and in their original / resaleable condition.

All returns are subject to a charge. This is to cover the cost of collection and restocking and will be deducted from the refund.

We are also unable to accept any items that have been reported outside of the above time period, or that are received back in a used or unsellable condition. If goods are received in these conditions, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Damaged & Faulty Items

If an item is damaged upon arrival, you must inform us straight away (and within 7 days from the date of delivery) using either our online form or contacting us at the information below. We may request a photograph of the damaged item so that we can log a claim with the courier. You will be offered a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item. We are unable to accept any claims outside of the date above.

If an item arrives and it is faulty or not as expected/described, you must report it to us within 14 days from date of delivery using either our online form or contacting us at the information below. You will be offered a replacement or a full refund for the faulty item once the items are received back in our warehouse.

If an item develops a fault within 6 months from the date of delivery, you can report this to us using either our online form or contacting us at the information below.

Returns Process

To request a return for an item you no longer require, please fill out the online form on this page.

A member of our customer support team will then contact you within 1 working day to confirm any further details and arrange a collection for you. You will receive an email once the collection is booked and a further email once the goods have been received and inspected. If a refund has been requested, we will send a confirmation email once this has been processed. If a replacement has been requested, we will send you a replacement order confirmation once this has been processed.

Refunds

If you have requested a refund, we will process this within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the goods.

If you have requested a refund for a faulty/damaged item, we will process this within 14 days from the date that a refund has been confirmed.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise stated and you will receive an email to confirm that this has been processed.
