Summer Spectacular
Terms and conditions for promotion participation

1. Organizer
The organization and management of the draw is the responsibility of BJA Trading Ltd t/a Birkdale Sales, with address at Unit E, Granville House, The Heights Business Park, Ibstone Road, Stokenchurch, HP14 3BG, and fiscal identification number 05547795.

2. Participants
The draw is open to all credit and cash customers of Birkdale Sales.

3. Draw Mechanics
To participate in the draw, participants must follow the following instructions:

• Place an order as normal by email, by phone or website that exceed £750 ex VAT
• Add the gift code to the notes at checkout
• Choose from Budweiser Gift (24x cans for every £750 ex VAT order) or Amazon Vouchers Gift (£30 for every £750 ex VAT order)

4. Participation Period
The participation period for the draw begins on 0001 Monday 15th July and ends on 2359 Saturday 31st August . Entries received outside this period will not be considered for the draw.

5. Prize Delivery
The free prize will be included in the order placed by the customer.

6. Treatment of Personal Data
The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organizer in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

7. Modifications and Cancellation of the Giveaway
The organizer reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided that they do not harm the participants' rights. Likewise, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.

8. Liability
The organizer is not responsible for any possible damages, harm or injuries that participants may suffer during the development of the draw or as a consequence of their participation in it. Likewise, the organizer is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.

9. Acceptance of the legal terms
Participation in the draw implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set forth in these legal terms will result in the participant's exclusion from the draw.

These terms and conditions for the Summer Spectacular do not supersede our regular Terms and Conditions.
