Branden Case Study

Wood < Steel

Usually suggesting to customers to install timber fence posts because of cost and aesthetic appeal, Braden decided to try DuraPost on a personal project. Having heard that it was lighter to install and wouldn’t rot, he was intrigued. After completing his 6’ closeboard garden fence, 200m in length, Braden has since decided to promote the use of DuraPost for future projects.

Practicality

The new garden fence Braden installed was built-on-site, rather than using prefabricated timber panels. Braden was pleased to find out DuraPost works with virtually any type of fencing, so he could tailor a solution to suit his garden perfectly.

DuraPost is practical on so many levels as it looks smart, is incredibly light to transport and makes the installation easier. Depending on budget, I’d most likely suggest using DuraPost.

Easy relocation

Familiar with the requirements of fence installations, Braden was not only impressed by the practical design of DuraPost to install a fence but also the dismantling of a fence, should you want to preserve an on-site fence and relocate it.

"I’d recommend DuraPost because it is light and easy to install... and it doesn’t rot like timber does now."

Braden, Property Developer

Braden was surprised to discover…

"DuraPost is a brilliant alternative because it is light and easy to install, complete panels can also be removed from a close board fence by unscrewing if necessary, and it doesn’t rot like timber."
